Dr. Calvin Day’s primary accuser was subpoenaed to be deposed on 12/19/2016, but failed to appear at her deposition.
In lieu of her appearance,
she submitted via her attorney, the affidavit pictured below wherein she exercised her right against self incrimination in response to each of sixty-nine (69) questions propounded to her that were relevant to the Dr. Calvin Day case.
The affidavit was submitted to the State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH DOCKET NO. 503-13-0053.MD) and as such is now a public document.
